WHY NOMAAD?

NOMAAD is a techno project shaped by movement.
I live in a camper and record music wherever I stop
mountains , forests, empty roads, desolated places.

Everything is played live, in one take.
The tracks come out from played instruments in an improvised sessions, directly mixed with analogic quality without much processing.

What you hear is what happened,
in that moment, in that place.

It’s a raw sound.

Hypnotic, heavy, imperfect.
Not made for the spotlight,
but for those who live the culture:

Who search for meaning in sound,
and follow it inward,
looking for answers within themselves

My Music Hystory

Erik aka NOMAAD

Live Producer and DJ

I'm Erik, a nomadic guy living in the motorhome and dedicating himself to spread the message, that's the reason behind "MAAD" like shouting madness loud to get people connected in the same frequency and understand each others for a while, when we are not so busy to run and compete for some illusion selling away our sacred present.

NOMAAD crafts immersive, hypnotic sonic journeys, blending raw industrial energy, acid influences, and spatial soundscapes. Powerful basslines that resonate deep within and ever-evolving sound design drive each performance inspired by the present frequency, built on improvisation and a fully dawless hardware setup.

Rejecting fixed genre labels, NOMAAD uses hardware like the MC-707, TR-8S, TB-3, System-1 with Mercury X, and System-1m to create raw, unfiltered soundscapes in real time, enriched by field recordings captured during his nomadic lifestyle.

His sonic exploration is rooted in a lifelong passion for music, which began by curating mixes for workouts and introspective moments. This journey led him to create impactful content, including a Transformers Soundtrack upload by Steve Jablonsky that amassed over 2.7 million views on YouTube.

Today, every NOMAAD track is a fragment of lived experience, an authentic sonic exploration that invites introspection and connection.

Next Pathway

Getting my Setup arround the biggest cities and get backup directly from my motorhome and solar powerplant with batteries.

A 2000w soundsystem with arrays and a subwoofer will be engaged when parked.

Needing support for the moving cost and permissions fees.

Fuel me
spread the sound!

As a street artist, I really owe my passion to awesome supporters like you who vibe with our shared vision.

I'm all in, and even when the road is tough, a simple act like sharing can really lift my spirits.

It reminds me that are people out there who believe in the art I pour my heart into.
